Holiday Recipes     Home Page Amaretto Cocoa Mix Post by KD7LBR started on: Oct 2, 2002, 1:42pm   » 10 1/2 c. dry powdered milk 4 c. powdered confectioners sugar 2 8oz. jars Amaretto flavored non-dairy powdered creamer 3 1/2 c. unsweetened powdered cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt Use 8, pint size canning jars. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Pour equally into the 8 jars. Seal and decorate, and attach the recipe tag to the jar. Amaretto Cocoa Place 3 large tbsp. of the mix in a mug. Fill with hot water or milk and stir well. Enjoy.
