¼ cup honey
¼ cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Rosemary, crushed
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, and mix well. Marinate chicken in the mixture for 1 hour in a shallow baking dish. Broil chicken 5 minutes. Brush with pan drippings, turn, and boil for 5 minutes longer or until juices run clear. If desired, make another batch of marinade. Heat in microwave and then spoon over hot chicken.
