MARINADE FOR STEAKS AND LONDON BROIL
|
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
1/4 (scant) tsp. ginger (optional)
1 tbsp. bourbon (optional)

Mix all ingredients and let steaks or London Broil marinate for 2-4 hours in refrigerator. Turn several times.
